What we collect
Your account email address.
Your Google sign-in profile (name and email), if you choose to sign in with Google.
Your game save progress — businesses, staff, inventory, finances, and rival race state.
Basic device and app diagnostics (for example crash or error reports) that help us keep the game running.
Why we use it
To run the game and create your account.
To save your progress so you can pick up where you left off.
To keep the game secure — for example, verifying it is really you signing in.
To improve the game and fix problems.
Your save and your account
Your game saves are tied to your signed-in account. If you sign in with the same account on another device, your empire comes with you. We do not mix saves between different accounts.
Third parties
Google — used for sign-in and for publishing the game on Google Play.
Our service providers — hosting, infrastructure, and data storage for the game are provided by trusted service providers on our behalf.
We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep your data only while your account exists. If you delete your account, your account details and game saves are removed.
Delete your account and data
You can delete your account and all game data from the app: open Settings, then Danger Zone, then Delete Account. You can also email us at calvin@lavabirdstudios.com and we will delete it for you.
Children
Rival Magnate is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
